The Valley High School band and cheerleaders perform during the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Downtown Grand Las Vegas, located at 206 N. 3rd Street, Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013. The urban hotel-casino, which opened in October, joins the Downtown 3rd community in the former location of the Lady Luck.

What they are in fact attempting to drown out with their chorus of complaint is the very presence of the new - because they hadn't remembered as all of us should have, that NEW is never comfortable.
